Barbara is a multimedia producer and project manager with 18+ years of technical and creative experience in the DFW market. With this knowledge, she steers creative teams to exceed expectations and meet business objectives by delivering creative broadcast and corporate productions on time and on budget.

Her beginnings in project management were in print production, managing 20+ travel magazines a month for Travelhost Printing. She then moved to Beckett Publications where she collaborated with creative directors to execute their vision using Photoshop, Illustrator and QuarkXpress. There, she had her first taste of management when she was promoted to assistant prepress manager.

Barbara’s first experience in the agency world was at Temerlin McClain in 1999. She expanded her print production skills by preparing ads and public relations materials. She then moved into the video production department, where she was able to master editing and motion graphics software.

While at Temerlin McClain, Barbara helped manage the internal video department, which included business management, developing and analyzing workflows, and producing out-of-house projects.

This gave her the perfect background to move into a role as broadcast producer at The Richards Group. She was catapulted into full broadcast productions, working with Hyundai, The Home Depot, Nortel Networks and more.

From there, she worked as a producer/project manager for two high-end production boutiques in Dallas, N2O Editorial and Fast Cuts Edits. This experience allowed her to develop strong business skills in an extremely competitive market and gave her the opportunity to work with brands like Red Lobster, HEB Grocery, Baylor Scott & White Health, Texas Health Resources, The Home Depot, Suddenlink Communications, Nationwide Insurance, Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, Pier 1 Imports and Salvation Army.

In 2015, she was recruited to Baylor Scott & White Health to oversee video content across the system. Along with managing brand standards for all consumer videos, she produces content for broadcast TV, radio, digital advertising and patient/physician education. Barbara develops and implements production processes as the company continues to grow at record pace.

Today, she continues to hone her skills and knowledge as marketing and video production evolve. No matter the scope of the project, her creative, results-driven approach allows her to provide an excellent final product and, most importantly, create happy clients.
